I am a dedicated medical professional, having graduated with an MBBS degree in Sri Lanka more than two decades ago, and since then have ventured into various aspects of the medical field. Prior to my medical journey, I was awarded a scholarship for Architecture, where I delved into the study of anthropometry, enhancing my understanding of human proportions and measurements.

My medical experience spans across multiple disciplines including Orthopaedics, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, General Surgery, and Emergency Medicine in both Sri Lanka and Australia. This diverse experience has enabled me to hone my skills and knowledge in different medical specialties. The registration of the General Medical Council of the UK was obtained before moving to Australia. I furthered my training in Cosmetic Medicine, initially in Toronto, Canada, and then in the USA with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. As a Board-Certified Aesthetic Physician with the AAAM, I have shared my knowledge internationally, serving as an International Trainer in Australia, Europe, and the UAE.

In addition to my medical pursuits, I have a keen interest in art and fashion. A passionate artist with a focus on Landscapes, Buildings, and Portraits, I draw inspiration from the aesthetics of the human face and body. This interest extends to my fashion styling skills, having completed courses at reputable institutes such as the Australian Style Institute, London College of Fashion, London College of Style, and Milan Fashion Campus.

Drawing from my inherited creativity and eye for detail from my mother, who remains a significant influence on my life and medical practice, I approach my work with a blend of medical expertise and artistic flair. Viewing myself as a doctor wielding a needle akin to an artist with a paintbrush, I strive to enhance my clients’ appearances with subtlety and precision while preserving their unique beauty.

My holistic view of aesthetics goes beyond physical appearance, encompassing the mind, body, soul, and personal style of each individual. By combining my medical knowledge with my artistic sensibilities and fashion expertise, I aim to create a harmonious and empowering transformation for my clients. My ultimate goal is to ensure that the 'new you' not only looks better but also feels more confident and self-assured in every aspect of life.
